WORK EXPERIENCE
Our client's view the fitting as a 'time out' from their working day. It is a time to think about their image without the distraction of the phone or colleagues. You need to be able to communicate at all levels of the business ladder from the trainee right up to the CEO and the greater your knowledge of business the easier this is. If you have experience of the corporate world, maybe in a blue chip company, as well as the role that image plays within it then you have ticked two of our boxes.
You will also have built up an extensive network within the business world which will be the starting point of the business plan for your M&BT franchise.
TRAINING
Your prior experience in businesses will also mean that you have been trained in business planning and financial analysis. These skills will be invaluable when you are developing your own business strategy and analysing the ongoing profit of your company.
PERSONALITY
I spent many years working for a Blue Chip people and that taught me that people buy from people not from company's. If you have been told that you are a people person and you find it easy get on with people then you will find that this quality will be more valuable in your own business than in someone else’s!
MINDSET
Working in yoru own business means that you have to be highly self-motivated. You also need to be positive, optimistic and driven. It is hard to coach these qualities and you will need to be able to demonstrate how you have applied such skills in the past.
